To register please fill out the form below and submit your team’s information. Teams will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis for each division. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of a $500 deposit.

Registration Fees
Deposit - $500 (refundable until March 1st)
Installment #1 - $1500 (due March 15th)
Installment #2 - $1500 (due April 1st)
Total: $3500 per team

Once your team’s registration form is submitted we will reach out to arrange the initial deposit payment.

Free Agents
Free Agent players will only be added to teams if there is room in that specific age group. Free Agents will be responsible for paying their portion of the registration fee directly to the team coach/manager.
